I enjoy the exercises because you can do these at your leisure. I began to regularly exercise using the 2 mile initially and, eventually moved to the 3 mile. I began exercising a couple of years ago, but I was not very consistant. Ravenblackwolf from indianapolis, indiana I'm a fan of Leslie alone and with a group. I was wrong! I do 2-3 miles mixing them up.even repeating the same mile occasionally. Before I did this one for the 1st time, I mistakenly thought I wouldn't get a good workout because there are no weights, stretchies or cords used. You can do 1 mile up to 5 with an emphasis on different areas. This has quickly become one of my favorite DVD's from Leslie. I have done all five miles at one time whenever I felt the urge to do so. There is not really enough strength training in these to be very effective, but these moves do help to prevent boredom. Keeps you walking with just a little strength training thrown in.
